Hi there, Folks.
My forum username is JiiHoo. I'm not a much of a flytier my self. For me, flytying is a kinky way to express myself to fishes. I do like to fish, mostly salmon, and I have to have them with my own tied "things". When I was using lures, they have to be home made also.

For my lure backround of view, I class my salmonfishing as a fishing with very swimming agile flies. That´s why I use 99% of my fishing time only hairwinged- and tubeflies. Other my point of view, expecially at salmonfishing, is very simple contrasts. I don't use flies, that looks like a Peacocks. I have found simple flies(and lures) very much better than things with multiple colors.

Because of my work, my salmonfishing time is limited. Only couple of weeks on fishing after salmon per annum. Couple of months would be better. Up north, Norway, is my paradise. One way I feel lucky. I have a workmates, who loves flyfish for salmon also. Toeghter we have a huge experience in that little area.

Flyfishing for trout are not so much fun here in Finland. Rivers are dammed and soil is making sterams brown. Fishes are small and usually stocked. That's why I prefer fishing after stocked rainbows. Then I don't disturb the few left trouts.

Flyfishing for seatrout is also my hobby.
